Update - Important message for our clients

You may have seen in the news that Quebec's provincial police informed Desjardins of new developments in their investigation into privacy breach that was announced on June 20. It appears that the privacy breach has affected the data of 4.2 million individual caisse members who do their banking with Desjardins in Quebec and Ontario.

A police investigation, which Desjardins has been closely involved with, has revealed that the personal information of 2.9 million Desjardins caisse members was disclosed to individuals outside our financial institution without authorization.
