ALAIN DESCHENEAUX, RLU, F.Pl.

Centre Manager

Alain Descheneaux is a pragmatic, visionary leader who has been working in finance for 30 years. He is known in the industry as a pioneer with a keen understanding of both advisors and clients, and as a leader who is always ready to inspire and support his colleagues and peers. As manager of our offices, he oversees a team of more than 110 advisors and orchestrates the deployment of innovative tools to help them continually exceed their clients’ expectations in terms of service and results. He is a member of the Institut québécois de planification financière (IQPF).


 

CLAUDIE CARON, BBA, MTax, F.Pl.

Manager, Taxation and Financial Planning

With a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Taxation, Claudie Caron has over 20 years of experience in financial, tax and estate planning. In addition to supporting the sales team on tax matters, Claudie collaborates on complex wealth management (corporate, personal and family), retirement planning and estate planning files. A partner of the firm since 2003, she is a member of the Association de planification fiscale et financière (APFF), the Canadian Tax Foundation (CTF) and the Institut québécois de planification financière (IQPF).


 

CÉDRIC DESCHENEAUX

Operations Manager

Cédric Descheneaux relies on his 10 years of experience as a financial security advisor and mutual fund representative to help advisors develop advanced life and health insurance concepts, and acts as a resource person for client support and recommendations.


 

ANNIE RAJOTTE, FLMI, ACS

Administrative Coordinator

With a career spanning more than 30 years, Annie Rajotte knows the ins and outs of insurance and financial services. At the firm, she acts as the liaison between the team of advisors and the various industry stakeholders. She’s also responsible for general office administration, and plays a role in human resources management and corporate events. She successfully completed the Life Office Management Association (LOMA) curriculum and met all the requirements for the Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) and Associate, Customer Service (ACS) designations.


 

DENIS ST-HILAIRE, BBA, F.Pl.

Manager, New Business and In-force Management

A graduate of HEC, Denis St-Hilaire relies on his vast experience as a financial planner and entrepreneur to support the office’s advisors and help them succeed. In addition to assisting with client recommendations, he’s responsible for the individual insurance sector, which includes the new business and in-force management departments. He’s the primary liaison with the various life and health insurance service providers. He also puts his expertise to work by serving as a mentor for implementing succession planning strategies. He is a member of the Institut québécois de planification financière (IQPF).

 


 

SABRINE GHARRECH

Operations Manager

Sabrine has over 10 years' experience working for well-known financial groups. One of her most recent roles was within the SFL Wealth Management network, where her positive, can-do attitude truly set her apart.

A passionate and dedicated professional, Sabrine puts her all into meeting the needs of advisors and helping them reach their goals. She has strong interpersonal skills and really listens to the people she's collaborating with, allowing her to come up with effective solutions for optimizing business processes within our network.
