Alain Legault joined the SFL network as manager at the Saint-Laurent Ouest-de-l'Île Financial Centre in 2013 before becoming managing director of the SFL Des Sources Financial Centre.

A team player, Alain has a knack for connecting individual ideas to get engaging group projects off the ground. With an extensive background in organizational change, Alain helps his advisors take advantage of everyday opportunities. He also leverages his professional experience to play a key role in successful succession planning for advisors.

Alain has an MBA in financial services.

Dominik Mainville started out as a financial services advisor and mutual fund representative in 2015. One year later, he joined the SFL Cuivre et Or Financial Centre.

He then joined the Abitibi management team as an assistant talent acquisition manager and helped onboard new advisors. Since 2019, Dominik has been a partner/shareholder of the group and is now manager of the Abitibi-Témiscamingue regional office.

Dominik holds a BBA with a specialization in finance from Université du Québec en Abitibi-Témiscamingue. He also minored in management at Université Laval.

After completing his BBA, Fabio Caruso embarked on a career as a financial security advisor and mutual fund representative in 2007.

He joined the SFL network as a recruitment and business development manager in 2013 before becoming a savings manager and shareholder of the new SFL Des Sources Financial Centre. In January 2019, he became a shareholder of the new group following the merger.

Fabio is active in the business community, particularly with the Chambre de Commerce de Saint-Léonard, the Canadian Italian Business and Professional Association, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the SFL Investments savings committee.

With a DEC in marketing from CEGEP Ahuntsic, Patrice Boisclair joined the SFL network in 2006 as a financial security advisor. Since 2010, he has held various positions within the Laval-Laurentides Financial Centre management team.

Patrice is known for organizing employee training and recognition activities to help create an engaging work environment. He is well-versed in the financial centre's operations and partner activities, and he maintains strong relationships with insurance company representatives, including our main partner, Desjardins.

A creative manager who can deal with change, Patrice has been a shareholder of the group since January 2019.

Daniel Faubert completed his studies in 1974 with a diploma from the Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ). Starting off his career as a representative in 1976 with Agence Labelle –Laurentienne-vie, Daniel went on to become a chartered life underwriter (CLU) in 1982 and a certified Wilson Learning trainer in 1985. In 1997, he earned his financial planning designation. At the IQPF's 25th anniversary, he received an award for his exceptional work as a financial planner.

Over the years, Daniel has built up extensive knowledge of the mass-affluent and high-net-worth market, offering specialized products and services to this clientele.

With a double master's degree in international commerce and literature and civilization, Eliane Hurbain became licensed as a mutual fund representative and financial security advisor with Investors Group. Since 2013, she has been a business development manager with the SFL network.

Thanks to her strong sense of ethics, diligence and high standards, Eliane is always there to meet our partners' needs. Her experience in North American business development and creativity make her a key asset to the organization. Eliane is also active in the community and volunteers with the Rotary Club.

Jean-Benoît Laurin has extensive experience in financial services. A partner for 30 years with Planification Financière Berger Laurin Inc., Jean-Benoît has been preparing income tax returns for clients of financial centre representatives.

A pioneer in the digitization of financial services, Jean-Benoît was involved in implementing a system at Agence Labelle that is now used in all SFL/DFSIN financial centres across Canada.

Since 2004, he has served as manager of compliance and best business practices with the financial centre's management team.

After working extensively in banking and private wealth management, Jean-Louis Pulitano moved into financial planning.

He joined the SFL Wealth Management Northwestern Quebec team in 2020 when he was working toward his CPA designation. With expertise in taxation and investments, he handles financial planning files and helps advisors create tax-efficient investment proposals.

Jean-Yves Lepage has had an impressive career that started in 1963 after he earned his BA from Université de Moncton and a licence ès sciences commerciales (now known as an MBA) from HEC Montréal.

It wasn't long before he went on to obtain his chartered life underwriter (CLU) designation, received the John A. Tory Medal and became a Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI). He then completed a master's degree in taxation at Université de Sherbrooke and became an adjunct professor for master's degree students.

With his extensive background and tax advisory skills, Jean-Yves is a clear asset to the organization.

In 2005, after a stint as a life and health sales strategy advisor with Desjardins Financial Security Life Assurance Company, Louise Trépanier returned to the Cuivre et Or Financial Centre in 2006 as market development manager. She became general manager in 2009 and managing director in 2011.

With her contribution to talent acquisition and advisor onboarding, Louise brings added value to the organization. Her experience, steadfast professionalism and attention to detail are vital to the sales force's expertise and soft skill development. Louise has a BBA in finance.

Marco Madon began his career in 1997 as a financial security advisor with Imperial Life Assurance. He then went on to join the SFL Agence Labelle Financial Centre.

In 2009, he joined the centre's management team as a savings trainer and DFS product specialist, while keeping his own firm. He then decided to focus on his job as a manager and the development of his financial analysis platform used by financial centre advisors.

With a knack for designing and implementing projects for the management team and advisors, his savings expertise, financial analysis skills and the tools he's developed, Marco has become a key resource for the team.

In 2009, Pascal Beaudin joined the SFL network as a Microsoft CRM project lead at Agence Labelle, heading up employee IT support. He now works as a brokerage manager while coordinating and managing the financial centre's operations.

Over the years, Pascal has mastered the art of finding the right IT solution to meet the needs of advisors and the financial centre. An expert in optimizing process efficiency to reach desired results, he also helps with project management. His educational approach is appreciated by the entire team.

Chantal L'Espérance joined the management team at SFL Wealth Management Northwestern Quebec in 2022, as a strategic advisor in financial planning. She helps the team apply financial strategies that reflect the needs of our clients. She also oversees professional development for the team.   

With 30 years of experience, Chantal is well-known in the financial services industry and has extensive knowledge of financial planning, estate planning, asset diversification and tax strategies.   

She has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Université du Québec à Montreal, is an accredited financial planner and completed the Canadian Securities Course with honours.
